Murder Mystery 2 (MM2) is a popular Roblox social deduction game with billions of visits. Players are randomly assigned roles: Sheriff, Murderer, or Innocent. The Murderer has a knife and must eliminate others; the Sheriff has a gun and must identify and eliminate the Murderer before everyone is killed; Innocents try to survive and help the Sheriff. Combat involves clicking to stab (Murderer) or shoot (Sheriff). Players sometimes ask about autoclickers for higher CPS or less finger strain. This guide explains how MM2 combat and roles work, where clicking fits in, and what autoclicker settings (Mouse Position, interval, hotkeys) to consider—with caveats about detection and terms of service.
Combat in MM2 depends on your role:
Combat tips often cited: reveal your gun early as Sheriff to build trust; watch for suspicious movement and chasing behavior; aim carefully and use obstacles for cover; prioritize open areas where you can dodge knife throws; search the map methodically. When you’re attacking (stab or shoot), your cursor is on the target. An autoclicker set to Mouse Position sends clicks at that spot so you only need to aim. For fixed buttons (e.g. “Ready” in the lobby), hover over the button and use Mouse Position there.
Clicking is involved in several places:
When you’re attacking where your cursor is aimed (enemy or player), Mouse Position is appropriate. For fixed buttons (e.g. “Ready”), hover over the button and use Mouse Position there.
Target mode: Use Mouse Position for combat and fixed buttons. See How to use mouse target mode on Roblox for setup.
Click interval: Games often cap or normalize attack speed. A moderate interval (e.g. 80–150 ms) with a small random deviation can feel more natural. Very low intervals may not improve hit registration and can look suspicious. Sheriff has limited ammo, so spamming clicks may waste shots if the game registers multiple inputs per ammo.
Hotkey: Use a start/stop hotkey so you can enable clicks only when in combat and stop when moving, in menus, or when you need to conserve ammo (Sheriff).
Roblox and Murder Mystery 2 have terms of service that can restrict automation. Using an autoclicker may be against the rules or detectable. Use at your own risk; this guide is for educational purposes only.
