Anime Defenders Roblox Autoclicker Guide: Waves, Summons, and Upgrades

Published: July 8, 2026

Anime Defenders on Roblox is a tower defense game where you place anime-themed units, clear waves of enemies, and summon or upgrade defenders to push harder stages. Progression revolves around farming waves for currency, rolling summons, leveling units, and claiming rewards between rounds. Many of those steps rely on repeated clicks on fixed UI buttons rather than aiming at moving enemies. This guide explains how Anime Defenders' wave and summon loop works, where clicking fits in, and what autoclicker settings (Mouse Position, intervals, hotkeys) to consider, with clear caveats about terms of service and competitive modes.

How Anime Defenders works

The core loop is:

Unlike action combat games, Anime Defenders is about tower placement and menu management: units attack automatically once placed, and most player input is clicking fixed Summon, Upgrade, and Claim buttons. You do not need to spam clicks on enemies or chase moving targets for normal progression.

Where clicking is used

Clicking shows up in several routine tasks:

When a button stays in one place (Summon, Upgrade, Claim), Mouse Position is the right target mode: hover over the button and the autoclicker sends clicks there. Tower defense games rarely need maximum CPS; summon animations, upgrade confirmations, or wave transitions may gate actions, so very fast clicking may not help and can look bot-like. Do not treat combat-aim spam as the main use case; focus on summon, upgrade, and claim UI instead.

Recommended settings

Target mode: Use Mouse Position for fixed buttons such as Summon, Upgrade, and Claim. Hover over the button you want before starting. See How to use mouse target mode on Roblox for setup.

Click interval: An interval of 300-800 ms with a small random deviation can feel more natural and match summon or claim cooldowns. Too fast may not increase real throughput if the game gates actions.

Hotkey: Use a start/stop hotkey so you only click when your cursor is on the correct button, and stop when menus open, a wave starts, or you need to place or reposition units.

Caveats

Roblox and Anime Defenders have terms of service that can restrict automation. Using an autoclicker may violate those rules and can result in account action. Competitive or ranked modes, leaderboards, and PvP-style events are especially risky: developers may monitor for unfair automation, and external clicking can be treated as cheating even if you only target UI buttons. Stick to solo wave farming if you choose to experiment, and never use automation in ranked play. Use at your own risk; this guide is for educational purposes only.
